Details for Tugella Cottage, Stratton, Bude

The cottage is family and dog friendly.  A travel cot, highchair and a selection of toys, books and DVDs are available, as is Wi-Fi internet access. Please not that dogs are not to be left alone in the property nor permitted on the furniture/beds.

LOUNGE/DINER: double aspect room with TV with freeview, DVD player, large 2 seater sofa and further 2 seater sofa, extending dining table seating four plus space for high chair.

KITCHEN: well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

TWO BEDROOMS: 1 double with views over open fields to the rear of the property and 1 twin with zip-and-link beds which will be made up as single beds unless specified in the booking that super-king size bed is required. Please note that if this option is selected two single duvets will be provided. The twin room has space for a travel cot. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes/cupboards and black out curtains.

BATHROOM: with thermostatic shower over bath and WC. There is a mirror over the wash basin.

May be unsuitable for people with restricted mobility due to a high step to enter the property. Once inside all rooms on ground and first floor have level access.

OUTSIDE: off-road parking for 2 cars, garden to the side with garden furniture and wash line. There is a lockable garden shed for bicycles/body boards etc. which also contains BBQ and buckets and spades.

AMENITIES: duvets, bed linen and towels included in rent. Full gas central heating included. Regret no smoking in the property.

PLEASE NOTE additonal information outside:

The 5 bar gate also provides access to a garage belonging to a different property and so needs to be kept clear of vehicles. Adjoining the vehicular gate is a pedestrian gate which provides access across the property's land to the rear of a couple of properties. Note that this does not run across the garden or paved areas or close to the property and is not frequently used.

There is a small slope at the side of the property which leads to a locked gate and area to the rear which also belongs to the property but which is not accessible to guests.
